So here it is: Our 30 day money back guarantee on selected chips and tuners is not valid on items that have been damaged from incorrect installation, misuse, abuse, acts of God, being dropped on concrete, run over, set on fire or submerged in a mudpuddle. The returned product must be functioning and still appear to be in good condition. Products that are not functioning at all should be returned for warranty replacement.

Our 30 day guarantee should not be confused with the manufacturers warranty. All performance chips and tuners carry a manufacturers warranty that covers defects. Edge products carry a 2-year limited warranty. Superchips products carry a lifetime limited warranty. Most others carry a 1-year limited warranty unless otherwise stated.
